Ola! I just got back from my 1 week vacation to explore The Netherlands, (plus Antwerp). I've been to The Netherlands before but only visited 2 cities, and in this trip I explored and visited more cities. I took most of the pictures using my Iphone since my camera is very heavy lol. Plus I only made one outfit picture.  I'll share my experience and the photos in the next post.

I finally can sleep (i've been an all-nighters because of heavy loaded final projects) 3.) I'll be home soon 4.) catch up with my fav tv series lol 5.) IT'S SUMMER (duh?) Like I need other reason to be happy?! Top : Vintage / Skirt : H&M / Sneakers : Nike / Bag : Zara /  Sunglasses : & Other Stories / Watch : Swatch Photos : Heidy Martuparia

Little Italy

Image
To live in Paris, it is a very unique experience. Everything is just so...... colorless. The way people are dressed, the buildings, well basically everything, until I found this little street which made me so surprised as it is located inside Paris. Surreal, surreal. Definitely I wouldn't be surprised if I found this in Italy or I don't know maybe Greece. Oh well. Anyway, this location is not called Little Italy. Anyway, I know I don't really promote myself much but I just wanna tell you guys that I'm in Instagram (Duh) as patriciarossaa. Feel free to click the follow button eventhough I protected my account :) Have a relaxing weekend

Escape

You have no idea how great it is to finally see green fields with real mountains and trees after being apart of this crazy big city. I finally found refreshment. I went to a real picnic with my colleagues in just 1 hour drive from Paris. We had huge amount of crazy delicious foods, bbq and do some fun activities. It was a very nice day (although now I can feel that i'm already getting darker) but it could've been better if the rain didn't keep ruining our perfect day.  Glasses : &Other Stories / Necklace : (X)S.M.L / Jacket : Zara / Tank Top : H&M / Shorts : Mango / Shoes : Nike Photos : Hanna Theodora

Omg! I can’t tell you how much fun I had last weekend! My friends came for a visit from the Netherlands and we (or shall I say, I) had the biggest and hardest laugh i have ever had since I moved to Paris. To feel the love and vibe of other fellow Indonesians, especially who came from the same background and environment as you are is very comforting when you are so far far away from home. I’m just so glad that they came for a visit. And the thing about having fun with my fellow Indonesian is we can have TONS of fun even without alcohol, unlike most people here, they only have fun after they sipped their wine. Please, don’t get me wrong by thinking I’m racist or something, but I know it's just cultural differences. Photographer : Hanna Theodora

I'm back with my dark attire, as the weather is very unstable and keeps on going up and down. Since there was no sun today, I feel like its more appropriate to be back with dark clothes, and I will (might) look slimmer lol. Like I told (or maybe no, I can't remember) you before I gained a couple of kilos, so now I have problem on dressing and taking good picture of myself without getting any comment like "You look fat" or "Did you gain some?" etc which is very annoying.  Which made me think, why this problem is faced by most people who moved abroad? My 3 best friends who moved to England, along with so many other friends experienced the same thing. What is it though? Are we having some sort of 'Shock' when looking at delicious foods that we couldn't find back home? Or stress? Or? Le Printemps

WINTER IS FINALLY OVER! Picnic has become a daily thing now. Oh and sun, how I have missed you! The beautiful flowers are seen all across the city now which is really refreshing. But it does made another problems though:  1.) Since I only had 23 kgs when I moved from Jakarta to Paris, I only brought winter clothes, which means NO CLOTHES FOR SPRING SUMMER. I shall run to the store and get new stuff then. 2. ) SUN BURNS ME! I mean I am southeast asian, we get dark super easy. I just laid under the sun for 30 minutes and now I'm already darker.  Don't get me wrong though, I'm not saying that dark is not pretty, but seriously I'm tired of keep on changing colour lol and it hurts. And I prefer to get darker at home (read: vacay in Indo this summer yeay) rather than burnt by Paris' weird weather. Outer : Forever21 / Tank Top : H&M / Necklace : (x) S. M .
