          Hey everybody! Did you know that July is National Ice Cream Month? And 21th July is National Ice Cream Day? Yeayy! That's why I feel like I NEED to make this recipe + ITS SUMMER TIME! Anyway, I promise you I will make some more summer recipe!  The original recipe is from Martha Stewart vanilla ice cream without ice cream maker! But then I make it into chocolate mint ice cream and add the no. 6 step into the process. I just feel I need to make extra whip!  You CAN skip step 6! Ingredients : 1 can of sweeten condensed milk 2 cups of cold heavy cream 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract 6 Bars of Lyndt Intense Mint 4 small bars of any chocolate you prefer ( I use Cadbury Dairy Milk) 5 or 6 drops of green food coloring 1. Its felt so good being back in the kitchen! Some of you (maybe none of you) might know that I have too much love for food and spending hours being in the kitchen is one of my way of relaxing! Especially for the last 3 years, even though the my passion of cooking already shown since I was a little. So this time I made some Panna Cotta with strawberry puree. It is almost 2 years since I attempted to make it, but I am too lazy so its my very first time of making Panna Cottta, and in my opinion, it taste so well. And also I made some Red Velvet Cupcakes as requested by my sister.  Any way, Happy easter everyoonee! I should've made some easter theme food, but I guess its too late now lol! Enjoy chasing rabbits and finding eggs! 

Today is the last day of holiday. The reality is even more clear now. I woke up at 5 am and went IFI in Salemba to apply for university with my 3 friends. We all are worry and really hoping the 4 of us will be accepted. I ate a very tiny Fish and Chips in the campus café  but because of it was so small, me and my best friend went for the real thing,lunch in Fish & Co! So I basically ate Fish and Chips twice... After we had our late lunch, we went to one of our favorite store, (X) S.M.L and I got two item only for Rp.289,000 (around US$ 29) because I bought the 70% and 50% discounted items and actually I always wanted one of the item, so I am so very happy :') The real price should be Rp.738,000 (around US$ 74) Crazy rightt! Best buy eveer.

TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF EXAM! I AM SO HAPPY YES! After two weeks of sleepless nights and all the stress,I am not officially on holiday huyu!  The exam ended at 10:30 am and after that I spent the whole day with my best friend. We spent the day  by watching High School Musical 1 and 2! hahahaha HSM 1 used to be our favorite movie when we were 10. We were also singing along throughout the movie and we couldn't stop laughing at all the awkwardness of the movie! But hey, It brings back such an amazing and funny memory of our past and  also the casts were still so small, I mean seriously Zac efron looked so skinny and tiny :3  I had an amazing carbonara spaghetti for lunch from a little restaurant called Backyard ( if I'm not mistaken) in BSD and for an early dinner I only had some chocolate lava cake with ice cream and some macaroons from Bakerzin.
